| HOPE Participant Forms 2010 Registration and Medical Release Form 2010 Statement of Activities and Release Directions to Clay County High School • Take I-79 North to Exit 34 – Wallback/Clay • Turn RIGHT off exit onto WV-36. Stay on WV-36 for approximately 7 miles. • Turn LEFT onto WV-26/WV-4 (Church of the Risen Lord is on the right at this Y intersection.) Continue to follow WV-4 for 2.4 total miles. • Turn RIGHT onto WV-16/ Main Street at the GoMart. Follow Main Street through downtown Clay. • About ¾ of a mile past town, Clay County High School is on the LEFT.
